First off, this is my first blog post in 2018! Whoop Whoop! It is also my first post since the Blog Makeover (Who likes the new blog look?)…..and the best part, it is about my birthday!
Yes, it was my birthday on the 3rd of January which is usually broke season for a lot of people. I hardly ever get any gifts because everyone seems to have spent it all on christmas *rolls eyes*. Thankfully, the lovers Amaks and Enyi took me out to brunch and dinner *Dancing*. I chose two of my favorite restaurants in Lagos for now because we can’t be experimenting on a special day. I am skipping reviews on each meal because I am too in love with both places to not just gush all through.

Amazing brunch without bubbly, said no one ever! Rossini (Sparkling wine, fresh strawberries & lime)
Craft Gourmet Cheese Cake….fit for the birthday princess *wears crown*
Amaks- Pancakes, eggs & bacon that I never tasted *wink wink*
Amaks- Cafe Frappe!
Iced coffee drinks should be made an award winning thing.

I got lost in the night at some point but I am pretty sure this had baobab and malt….
Enyi’s empty bowl earlier housed the rice & beans mix with jerk chicken that I wouldn’t stop begging for….had my rice & beans packed for home because food bump!
