Hey fellow Food lovers *waving* Who’s going to Italy soon?

Onyeka aka French Kid is a friend & food lover. He was in Milan, Italy some weeks back & he shared some of his Italian food loving moments with me, I just had to share with you too!

Pizza Fest (Briscola-Pizza Society) 

He sent these pictures & I wanted to eat it all off my phone screen. Looks like no pizza I have ever had…he swears it was an exceptional experience! Briscola offers; Pizza Profile (build your own pizza: opportunity to select  your favorite toppings) and Pizza sharing (being able to taste little of every pizza on a table of you & other diners)…

Left; Briscola Pizza – Cherry Tomatoes, Buffalo Mozzarella from Campania, Dry-cured Ham

Right; Zucca: Fior du latte, Pumpkin, Pork Sausage from Norcia, Pecorino Cheese Shavings

Left; Bosco Pizza: Fior di latte, double cream, Mushrooms, Bacon

Right: Genovese – Fior di latte, pesto, cherry tomatoes, pecorino cheese shavings

Panzerotti (Luini)

I understand Luini  is a must-visit in Milan. French Kid had to go & explore! A panzerotti is deep fried dough with a sweet or savory filling. He described that this had a donuty and cheesy feel to it…all I need right now!

Gelato (Grom)

Grom is another must-visit in Milan, apparently their gelatos & sorbets are out of this world…he got a signature gelato…Crema di grom & says it was worth all the hype!
